Todays sessions are as follows:

Open Gym:5.30-6.30

CFS Functional Fitness: 6.30-7.30pm
Warm up/dynamic stretch

In pairs complete the following:
“Tailpipe 1″
Whilst one of you runs 400m the other holds kb in rack position
Repeat until both have run 400m x2
10 rounds of Cindy between you (1 work 1 rest)
“Tailpipe 2″
Whilst one of you runs 400m the other holds kb in overhead position
Repeat until both have run 400m x2

Cool down/stretch

CFS Cross Train: 7.30-8.30pm
Warm up/dynamic stretch

Power Development
6m amrap:
3 OHS @80% bodyweight
10 back extension

5m rest

Conditioning
21-15-9
Kb swing 32/20
Sledgehammer strikes

Cool down/stretch
