Swansea’s only Ladies Functional Circuits Class
A high intensity circuits class that will
get you in the best shape of your life!
This CFS circuits class uses the 5 main functional movements:
Push, pull, rotate, squat, lunge.
We use rowing machines, kettlebells, bodyweight, plyometrics, medicine balls, and many other items of equipment that mimic everyday movements.
Use your body as it was designed to be used, correctly!
You will be coached on each movement prior to the circuits to ensure you are doing all movements with good form, unlike many circuits classes where you just ‘get on with it’ without really know if you are doing it right.
This is not simply a ‘sweat session’, all movements are designed and programmed to improve flexibility, posture, strength and conditioning. The aim is to make everyday movements ‘efficient and elegant’, increase confidence and it just so happens that the by product of these movements is a more toned physique.
It’s tough but great fun and vastly more beneficial than most other circuit classes.
Every Saturday morning 9am until 10am
Every Wedsday 7.45pm until 8.30pm
£4 per session.
