Beginners classes are run twice a week on Tuesday and
These sessions will introduce all of the basic movements in a controlled and fun environment, any fitness standard is more than welcome. Once you can maintain good form in all the basic movements you can then enter any of the classes throughout the week.
There will be a warm up, then skill practice and finally the workout. All performed as a group and fully coached all the way through, you will not be left to your own devices not knowing if you are doing the movements correctly or not.
These session are all about gaining confidence and pushing yourself a little bit harder at each session.
Consistency of moving correctly is what it is about, the intensity is raised a little week by week.
